Exclusive to the Dreamcast, Mortal Kombat Gold is the latest rendition of Midways arcade classic fighter. Running at 60 frames per second with high-resolution graphics--a first for this series on any platform--the game boasts the look and feel of a quarter-munching upright arcade machine.
The fighting system in this game is basically the same as it was in Mortal Kombat 3, with the addition of a few new characters and weapons and some subtle gameplay tweaks.
